the steps to your ideal bike tour...

Step 1

Set the wheels in motion by submitting an initial (no strings attached) enquiry through the website. We will then arrange to call you at a convenient time to discuss your preferences and requirements. 

To prepare for our call you should give some thought to the points listed here.

Step 2

Following our discussion we will design an outline itinerary proposal, which can then be modified or tweaked if necessary in response to your feedback. Each ride is described in terms of starting and finishing locations, distance, total ascent, road surfaces, en route services and sites of interest.

Step 3

Once you are completely happy with the routes proposed, you can purchase them. The routes will be delivered as your exclusive event on Ride with GPS. You will need a GPS unit or a GPS enabled phone onto which you can load the itinerary.

If you are interested in adding additional elements to the basic route package, then go to step 4.....

Step 4

After our initial discussion, you will probably know whether you would like to add elements to your basic route package. The most common additions are:

• accommodations  

• bike rentals 

• luggage transfers

while there are plenty of other options which can enhance your itinerary.

Step 5

Reconfirm your dates and forward your credit card details - these are used to guarantee the additional services that you have chosen.

Step 6

When all the itinerary elements are in place and confirmed, we will send you, where applicable, a listing of the accommodations with dates, details of the bike rental outlet and the luggage transfer agents, together with the pricing for each element you have chosen. If you are happy with everything, we will invoice you for our services (see Pricing).

Step 7

Book your transport to and from the tour - and you are all set!
